Besides holding the title for greatest band name of all-time, Los Angeles psych-soul rockers Chicano Batman have been paving their way to the forefront since their humble beginnings nearly ten years ago. They’ve toured extensively and have released three full-length albums since their 2010 self-titled debut. The latest record “Freedom Is Free” was released earlier this year and not only showcases Chicano Batman’s soul sensibilities but indeed very contemporary political and societal commentary.
