Dream-folk vocalist and guitarist Marissa Nadler is coming to Austin, bringing her guitar and dreamy soundscapes along. Originally from Massachusetts, Nadler released her sixth full-length studio album, July, in February. It’s a refreshing and well-received record from Nadler, who over the past 10 years has created a large catalogue, overflowing with love ballads, blues and strong imagery. Her whispering voice and dreadfully drawn out lyrics create somber tracks that wash over beautifully. She is currently touring across the country, and you can check out her live set when she stopped by Studio 1A on July 14th.
