Who: Pop/rock quartet Boy + Kite. And they have one of the best band beginnings ever – Beth Puorro and Darvin Jones met in a hot tub. Not as shady as it sounds, folks. They were talking music, and wanted to put a band together. After all the creative brainstorming, they recorded their first three tracks as Boy + Kite in 2009, as a duo.
