You may have had the pleasure of seeing Ethan Azarian perform with his musical partners in crime, longtime collaborator Jeff Johnston, wielder of the musical saw and a vintage telephone that your Austin Music Minute host believes is a portal to another dimension; and wondrous banjo goddess Lindsey Verrill (Little Mazarn), she of the enchanting voice and lyrical poetry. What a damn fine combination of talent this is, and together they’ll work their magic tonight at A Special Christmas Show at the Cactus Cafe.
Doors open at 8 p.m., and the music starts at 8:30 p.m. with special guest and recent Black Fret nominee, Corey Baum. And holiday shoppers, take note; some wonderful artwork by Azarian and Verrill will be on sale before and after the show. A perfect gift idea that’s uniquely Austin.
