NYC-based duo Buscabulla examines different pathways of modern love on their second LP Se Amaba Así, loosely translated as The Way Love Was. But they don’t soften the blows, aiming directly from – and to – the heart. Raquel Berrios and Luis Del Valle‘s forthright, unflinching exploration moves through emotional conflict, power plays and renewal.
KUTX’s Horizontes hosts a performance by Buscabulla tomorrow night at Antone’s. Special guest Vale opens the show. Doors at 8 p.m.
