This is a big one in the local scene, friends. Your humble Austin Music Minute host is proud to present a huge show curated by AMM friend, colleague and major music fan Adi Anand (Do512, From the Mind of Adi). He’s brought together two of his all-time favorite Austin bands for a massive double-headliner: A Giant Dog and Hundred Visions, and a most excellent opener to the show, Trustees. The energy of this entire business will freak you out – high volume, high octane and high-quality performances (even if these bands modestly tell you otherwise, because they each rock pretty hard).
All three bands have been working on new music. A Giant Dog’s forthcoming album, Pile, and Hundred Visions’ new record, Brutal Pueblo, are due for release soon. Meanwhile, you can enjoy their new tunes at their show tonight at the Mohawk, 912 Red River. Doors open at 9 p.m., Trustees hits the stage at 10 p.m.
Really, just go, okay? So recommended.
