Que pase lo que pase, seguiré adelante. Sara Acero knows the healing power of music.
It will get better.
Columbian music artist Sara Acero created an anthem without even realizing it. But “T.E.M.M. (Todo Estará Mucho Mejor)” is simply a song borne of experience, of survival, ultimately of empowerment. Through feeling emptiness, dragged down by a heavy step, soul crushed, devastated by loss, even as your own voice fails you, you persevere. “Todo estará mucho mejor.” Everything will be much better.
Acero achieves a rich, fiery Latine neo-soul combining R&B, soul and Latin rhythms. In addition to solo projects and international performances, Acero has also found inspiration in various collaborative projects, including today’s AMM-featured track, the marimba version of her single “Cambio” with Kike Riascos. A debut album, the follow-up to 2020’s SOY EP, is currently in the works.
And tonight, you have the opportunity to witness the awesomeness of Sara Acero at Radio East on Montopolis Dr. Doors at 8 p.m., y los trovadores de cumbia ecléctica Como Las Movies open the free show.
