On to the next round! Presenting the Saturday and Sunday line-ups for Levitation 2025 at Palmer Events Center. Today includes highly-anticipated headliners TV On the Radio, along with Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Wednesday, La Femme and The Brian Jonestown Massacre. Some sick Levitation night shows tonight include Austin trio Urban Heat at Elysium, Drugdealer at Mohawk, and Pile and FACS at 29th Street Ballroom.
Tomorrow includes Pavement, Destroyer, Built To Spill, Frankie and the Witch Fingers, and A Place To Bury Strangers at Palmer, along with hometown badasses DAIISTAR and The Black Angels. And wrapping up the festival tomorrow night is Brooklyn-based post-punk outfit Bambara at The13th Floor.

AMM festival pick: It was tough to decide on a single band or artist, but longtime AMM fave The Raveonettes gets the shout-out. Danish musical duo Sune Rose Wagner and Sharin Foo continue to create dissonant beauty on their most recent release Pe-ahi II, a reverent nod to 2014’s Pe’ahi but fully reigniting the mesmerizing fuzz, reverb and super cool harmonies they’re known for. Naturally, you’ve got to revisit Lust Lust Lust (2007), Pretty In Black (2005), Chain Gang of Love (2003) and their debut EP, Whip It On (2003).
