There are many talented musicians out there bringing new meaning to to the whole “Ladies’ Night” idea, and it rawks. Case in point: Head out to the Mohawk this evening, 912 Red River, for an excellent bill featuring surf pop-rockers Go Fever, fronted by local songwriter (by way of Australia) Acey Monaro; pop/rockers Löwin, led by Sara Houser; and Lizzie Lehman’s folk-rock outfit Carry Illinois (featured on today’s Austin Music Minute).
Doors open at 8 p.m., and Go Fever kicks off the night at 9 p.m. And to clarify, every night is ladies’ night. Recommended.
