Who: Christy Hays‘ 2012 album Drought is an Austin Music Minute fave. There are compelling tales of difficult times with a dark intensity to them, but not without a sense of hope and strength.
What: Hays and her band will head back to the studio next month to work on a new EP for release next year, and she’ll release her solo EP O Montana in December. But you have a lovely opportunity to see Hays perform tomorrow evening.
