With nature as a metaphorical backdrop, math rock quartet Stereosity explores loss and the potential of new life that follows on their debut LP New Life Will Grow. After every loss, from the passing of loved ones to the ending of relationships or opportunities once held dear, something new blossoms from the soil, a new existence that wouldn’t have been possible without the life before it. Every experience embraced and every struggle acknowledged, new growth emerges like so many tendrils bursting with possibility.
Stereosity takes over the indoor stage of Mohawk tonight, with Las Vegas band Appleseed, Boston quartet Women In Peril, and Houston math rockers Team Alice on the bill. Doors at 8 p.m.
