Inversion Ensemble Presents “I Belong to You”

Inversion presents I Belong to You, a spectacular multimedia experience featuring the world premiere of “Motherland/I Belong to You,” an unprecedented oratorio blending poetry, comic book illustration, and choral music. The autobiographical libretto by critically acclaimed comic book author Greg Pak (The Incredible Hulk, Star Wars) explores the history, culture, and natural wonders of Texas from the perspective of a native Texan during the various stages of his life.

Austin Classical Guitar Presents “BOYD MEETS GIRL”

This summer ACG is partnering with Austin Chamber Music Center to bring Australian classical guitarist Rupert Boyd and American cellist Laura Metcalf to the fabulous Bates Recital Hall at UT Austin. The duo performs an eclectic and engaging range of repertoire, from Bach to Beyoncé and we are so thrilled to hear what they have in store!

Austin Chamber Music Festival

July 8–24, 2022

The Austin Chamber Music Festival takes over the classical music world in Austin every July. By presenting the finest local, emerging, and international-touring chamber artists, ACMC energizes the community with chamber music for three weeks.

The 2022 Festival will take place July 8–24. See the program for each concert below. All events to take place at Bates Recital Hall, except The Tale of the Fox on July 24, taking place at AFS Cinema.
