Backed by the angelic vocals of Mexican Chocolate and a band including two soul-stirring violins, Ray delivers a live show that nourishes listeners both emotionally and musically.

Wes Paul [Awakening] – 7:30pm @ Music Lab St. Elmo
The debut EP from Gainesville, Florida-born Wes Paul – who moved Austin in 2008. “It’s so cool to be living in a city where some of my biggest influences are not the huge mega-stars like the Rolling Stones, Beatles, or Lady Gaga,” he says jokingly “but rather watching the diversity of amazing local artists like Gary Clark Jr., Bob Schneider, Monte Montgomery, Alpha Rev, Ephraim Owens, Redd Volkaert, Brannen Temple, …the list goes on. On any given day of the week when I’m not doing my own thing there is some musical inspiration to be found at one of the many venues in town that host live bands. I’m glad to be a part of it.”
