The Eastside Kings Fest takes place the first week of September putting together great Blues/Gospel/Jazz acts every year for two amazing evenings. Over thirty bands in eight venues within one block in historic East Austin. Performers Bloodest Saxophone came all the way from Japan to participate in this year’s festival and stopped by Studio 1A with the amazing singers of Eastside Kings.
Bloodest Saxophone is Shintaro “Young Corn” on tenor saxophone, Coh on trombone, Yukimasa Oshikawa on baritone saxophone, guitarist Shuji, bassist The Take O, and Kiminori on drums.
Eastside Kings consists of vocalists Crystal Thomas, Lauren Ceventes, Angela Miller, Nikk Connely
