In a town known for its country, rock, and blues music, hip-hop has often struggled to find its place in the Austin music scene. A struggle that Austin native John David Flores Jr. is intimately familiar with and determined to overcome. And he is doing it. With a shrill, rapid-fire lyrical style, and larger than life personality Flores a.k.a Sertified, demands attention.
