Rickshaw Billie’s Burger Patrol has been rockin’ around long enough that I used to get off my radio show at 11PM and catch them at Hotel Vegas and Hole In the Wall. And try going to bed after that. Every track is full gas-pedal-to-the-floor-board, and today’s Song of the Day is no exception. “Peaches” is a high-octane head banger, one for those, like me, who are always chasing that guitar-fueled adrenaline rush. You can let the doom wop consume you at their album release show Friday, October 23rd at Mohawk. Ty Segall, if you’re reading this, this is your next opener.
