Finally! Welcome to the spectacular three-day weekend that is Austin Psych Fest 2026. Local bands and touring artists bring you the best of psych in all its iterations: Shoegaze, cumbia, rock, drone, funk, experimental and beyond. Today’s AMM spotlight artist is dream-pop/shoegaze outfit Glare, who play tomorrow afternoon at 5 p.m. (featured single “Guts” is from the album Sunset Funeral).
The festival kicks off tomorrow and continues through Sunday at Far Out Lounge, but don’t forget all the cool late-night shows tonight, including Frankie and the Witch Fingers at Mohawk; LA electronic artist Esprit at Elysium; and The Well, recent KUTX Artist of the Month Gran Moreno and Heavy Meddo at 13th Floor.
