Another SXSW has come and gone, and it seems the whirlwind of activity flew by in the blink of an eye. But really, is it that quiet afterward? Not exactly. The Austin Music Minute is here to remind you that long after the festival is over, the music goes on, and our city is fortunate enough to have something magical happening practically every night.
Today’s AMM recommended show features a lovely line-up at the White Horse, 500 Comal, with three AMM faves: Country-rock hoodlums who bring the party wherever they play, Loteria; country/Americana songwriting goddess Kathryn Legendre; and the gents who know exactly which classic tunes strike the chords in your heart, the Texas Tycoons. The music starts with the Tycoons at 8 p.m., followed by Legendre at 10 p.m. and Loteria at midnight.
