Austin-based songwriter/guitarist Nick Diaz got most of his musical education on the road. The self-taught artist absorbed as many musical influences he could, ranging from blues to jazz, pop to rock, and his tour travels took him to hot spots like Bourbon Street, New York City, LA and the Bay Area. All of it played a huge role in the creation of lo-fi alt.-pop outfit Buenos Diaz, making the rounds in Texas and (whenever possible, while navigating the pandemic) on the road.
Following their recent show at Long Play East, it’s time for Buenos Diaz to be the next featured band at the Tuesday Bluesday series tomorrow night, Tuesday September 21, at Central Machine Works, 4824 E. Cesar Chavez. The show starts at 8 p.m. And please remember to bring your mask.
