Queue Queue did one heck of a great job dropping hints and teasers for the video for their new track, “Fang and Claw.” It was swirls of endless colors, and RAWK, and heaps of crazy, glittery insanity. And those fangs. Oh, those fangs! Going right for the jugular with a gleefully fiendish grin… Sounds like your Austin Music Minute maven’s kind of party.
“Fang and Claw” is just a smidge of what’s on the way from Queue Queue’s forthcoming album, ready for release this February. You’ll get to hear the new music and more at Queue Queue’s video premiere show tonight at The Highball, 1120 S. Lamar Blvd. When you’re done weeping your fool eyes out over Bohemian Rhapsody at Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar, just head next door afterward to see Queue Queue, plus Portland, OR garage-pop punks Saucy Yoda and local WEEN renegades Poon.
The music kicks off at 9 p.m. like a bunch of maniacs hopped up on Dr. Frank-N-furter-fueled Four Locos. So very recommended.
