Holy smokes. This is a hell of a lot of rock ‘n’ roll goin’ down Friday night at The ABGB. And your Austin Music Minute maven is proud to sing the praises of the women who are rockin’ tomorrow’s show. Now listen up:
– We have Carley Wolf of dynamic rock duo The Ghost Wolves. She shreds the guitar, lets loose on the vocals, and makes sure you sit up and take notice. It’s garage blues-rock that engulfs the entire soul. Hubs Jonathan Wolf takes care of the drum action, and both are absolutely infectious onstage at their live shows. Release the wolf within.
– We also have the mighty Sarah Houser, multi-talented musical goddess and front woman of pop-rock masters Löwin. She’s a vocalist who ignites the stage, an artist known for her multi-instrumental skills. Looking forward to more new music from this great songwriter and her band. Meanwhile, isn’t it an awesome coincidence that one of their latest works is a track called “Lobo”?! Give a listen.
All the wolves are out tomorrow night at The ABGB, 1305 W. Oltorf. Get there by 9 p.m. And don’t be shy – howl out loud. So recommended it’s painful. Do it.
