No, Ghostland Observatory did not go away. The dynamic G.O. duo was simmering productively on the back burner while vocalist/songwriter Aaron Behrens (The Midnight Stroll) and electronic wizard Thomas Ross Turner worked on other projects and planned more Ghostland shows on the down-low.
The dynamic duo resurfaces for another badass show tonight at Stubb’s Waller Creek Amphitheater, 801 Red River, with dark synth-pop masters Night Drive starting out the evening. Doors open at 7 p.m. Following the show, make your way to Stubb’s inside stage for sets by Flavor Aid and Hours Quiet, starting at 10:30 p.m.
Mighty Friday night. Recommended.
