All right. You’ve got round one of ACL Fest under wraps, but does that mean the music stops? Certainly not. You’ve got a date with the SIMS Foundation this evening for their 4th annual Music For the Mind benefit, in support of providing behavioral health care to the Austin music community.
This year’s Music For the Mind features performances by Houston rap artist Paul Wall; ATX rap artist and chief operator at the Wire Wheel Opera House, Deezie Brown; and Austin-based songwriter with a “Place Out Back,” Jonathan Terrell with a special guest. It’s all tonight, Monday Oct. 10, at Arlyn Studios on Academy Dr. Doors at 6 p.m.
