You’ll get a bit of swooning in when you hear Lex Land crooning the tunes. She’s got you covered with enchanting songs of heartache and unrequited love, and an exquisite vocal magic that works it all to perfection.
Tonight marks a special occasion for the Austin-based songwriter, who is performing music from her forthcoming album, It Will Reveal Itself, with a full band – something of a rarity for Land, as she typically performs solo. You can see her this evening at the Cactus Cafe, 24th St. and Guadalupe in the Texas Union. Doors open at 8 p.m., and songwriter Scott Collins kicks off the show at 8:30 p.m. Dreamy-dream time.
