The Austin Music Minute is supported by Howler Brothers, an Austin-based designer of creative outdoor apparel since 2011, and by Planet K, Austin’s local hemp emporium since 1990.
It’s a rich musical tapestry illuminating the stories of Montreal-based songwriter Julie Doiron. She’s reenergized by all the iterations of her extensive career – from solo albums to numerous collaborations, performing with various bands (Julie and The Wrong Guys) to reworking some of her songs in Spanish (Acualera).
It’s a must-see performance by Doiron tonight at 29th Street Ballroom, with very special guest, freak folk warriors Little Mazarn. Doors at 7 p.m.
