My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult tonight at Mohawk, with Light Asylum, Die Sexual, Devora, and Heavy Halo.

Following some wild dates in the midwest and northeast, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult gears up for part two of their Delicate Terror tour. But let’s get this clear: Ain’t nothin’ delicate about TKK’s live set. It’s essential when it comes to experiencing their over-the-top persona, possessed by the essence of cult classic films unleashing sleazy tales of sex, the occult, and kitschy horror. The band’s sound is rooted in industrial music, but they’ve been building a diverse repertoire with multiple genres since their start in 1987.

Catch Thrill Kill Kult tonight at Mohawk. That outdoor stage is about to take a beating. And it’s one sick line-up with Brooklyn-based electronic artist Light Asylum; LA darkwave duo Die Sexual; the Dolly Parton of dark pop/outlaw country Devora; and NYC industrial grunge outfit Heavy Halo. Doors at 6 p.m. Dress to impress. The Tura Satana look’s hot. Pam Grier‘s look in Coffy. Maybe some inspo from A Bucket of Blood, Spider Baby…really, anything outta Hammer horror. Nothing’s sacred.
