Triple Bills Are Three Times the Goodness

Time once again to sing the praises of the triple bill. It’s practically an Austin Music Minute staple – this is when there’s a show coming up with not one, not two, but three artists that get the AMM thumbs up. Granted, it’s also another reason why choosing which shows to go to can really become a tough deal because there are so many bands you want to see, but it’s a great problem to have.

Today, we take a gander at show happening Wednesday night at the Hole In the Wall, 2538 Guadalupe. Lookee here:

– No B.S. from these dudes. Just sweet rock ‘n’ roll courtesy of local quartet The Sweet Nuthin. The very rockin’ featured track on today’s AMM is called “All In,” from the band’s forthcoming full-length release.

– This is when rock ‘n’ roll and country go hand in hand, paired with great moments on the road. It’s These Mad Dogs of Glory, an absolute AMM favorite.

– Songwriter and West Texas native James Bullard will bring the introspective rock to the mix. Look for new music from Bullard hopefully in the near future.

Doors open at 9 p.m., and the music starts at 10 p.m.  Enjoy the variety. Recommended.
