CAPYAC started as an Austin duo of Delwin Campbell (Potion) and Eric Peana (P. Sugz), but since moving to L.A., the group has bloomed into a sprawling collective. The extra members give the band even more of a party-ready atmosphere. On the new album CAPYAC FOREVER, the group takes strands of funk, jazz, hip hop, and disco and throws them all into the air like confetti. CAPYAC brings its famed live show–full of costumes, improv comedy, theatrics, and more–to Austin for a few homecoming dates at Empire Control Room on August 20 and 21.
