Utopia Fest returns to Reveille Peak Ranch on October 14-15. Located in Burnet, TX, about an hour north of Austin, the fest focuses on its outdoor surroundings with camping, hiking, mountain biking, and of course, plenty of live music. This year’s fest boasts performances from Shovels & Rope, Sir Woman, jazz legend John Scofield, a team up between Jurassic 5’s Chali 2na and Brownout, and more.
This week on My KUTX, fest organizer Travis Sutherland is joined by Sir Woman singer and songwriter Kelsey Wilson for a Utopia-themed guest DJ set. They play music from past and present Utopia artists and talk about the uniqueness of the fest.
