This week on the Austin Music Experience, we remember rock-and-roll hall-of-famer and adopted Austinite Ian McLagan, who passed away on December 3 at age 69. His career is a treasure-trove—from coming up with the Small Faces and the Faces to working with Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones, and Bruce Springsteen—and he was also a really great guy to have around. We’ll listen back to an archival interview recorded this past summer, covering his final album United States and his extraordinary career. Joseph Arthur also joins us in Studio 1A for live music and a chat, and we’ve got new music from Abram Shook, the Good Music Club, and more. Listen below!
