Rebecca Loebe might as well be called a seamstress, the way she effortlessly weaves story-telling elements, folk melody, and powerhouse vocals all into one succinct phonic dress. Born in Virginia, and raised in Georgia, Rebecca wears her influences on her sleeve when it comes to the music she crafts. From heavy blues and rock outlets, to supreme pop and country forces, Rebecca uses these aspects of her appreciation to convey messages of self growth and discovery.

Rebecca is well known for her debut on the very first season of NBC’s The Voice, where she wow’d audiences alike with her cover of Nirvana’s, “Come as You Are.” As of recently, Rebecca has been prepping for the release of her new album “Give up Your Ghosts“, which just like her last album “Blink“, was recorded in Austin’s very own ChurchHouse Studio. “Give up Your Ghosts” drops February 8th, and you can catch Rebecca performing these new tunes live for her release show on February 9th at the Saxon Pub!

Check below to hear some of the Studio 1A session with Rebecca, featuring songs off of her new project, including: “Growing Up“, “Got Away“, and “Popular“.
