Lucinda Williams has been busy busy busy. The 3x Grammy-winning singer-songwriter recently issued her memoir “Don’t Tell Anybody The Secrets I Told You” – which was a New York Time Best Seller – and just released a new album, “Stories From A Rock N Roll Heart”. Her recovery from a 2021 stroke has been incredible and finds Lucinda with a renewed sense of purpose. The legendary musician now lives in Nashville but spent many years residing in Austin.
Lucinda Williams and KUTX’s Jody Denberg have known each other for over 30 years, and reacquainted July 3rd for a Q&A session at Waterloo Records before she performed acoustically and then signed books and records for hours after. You can hear their conversation here:
