Melbourne’s Alex Lahey first caught our ear here at KUTX with the title track from her 2017 debut, I Love You Like A Brother. Lahey revisited her upbeat take on pop-punk for most of her sophomore LP The Best of Luck Club, but the album’s sound isn’t pigeonholed. Instead, we got a refreshing blend of fast and angsty balanced out with slow and sweet.
