This past August, Chris Staples, former vocalist and guitarist of the indie rock band Twothirtyeight,released his third full-length album “American Soft.” Staples, a singer and songwriter from Pensacola, Florida, has spent the past several years on the road, filling time between tours with various carpentry jobs- no wonder his songs are full of rich narratives.
