Colorado-based band Elephant Revival errs a bit on the eccentric side of things. Their folk sounds are laced with elements of Celtic, alt-country, rock, gypsy, bluegrass, and hip-hop, blending together to create something very unique, completely original, and not to be missed. The band’s second album, Break In The Clowds, was awarded one of the Indie Acoustic Music Project’s best CD of 2011 awards. The group also does its best to remain active in environmental and humanitarian causes, taking their commitment to these causes as seriously as their commitment to music.
Elephant Revival will play on Saturday as a part of Old Setter’s Music Festival. Today, they visited KUTX to record a live session. The results are RIGHT HERE! Be sure to check it out!
