Lafayette’s GIVERS use the ol’ Cajun Country roux as the base of their music and add to it a myriad of influential spices ranging from new wave to funk back home to zydeco, dressed with colorful costumes, glitter, and a percussion set-up you don’t find on a lot of indie-catering venues these says. While currently at the end of the first leg of their current tour, the good people of GIVERS stopped by our Studio 1A to play some tunes from their newest album Moving On.
