Gold Beach is about to paint the next layer of their musical scenery.
The neo-soul five-piece includes members from Mother Falcon, Marmalakes, TAFT, Hello Wheels, Bee Caves, Far Far Future, and Ponca, providing the foundation for truly eclectic musical collaboration. Gold Beach quickly captured attention with the release of their debut EP Habibti in 2011, later reinforcing their sound and presence in the Live Music Captial with their self-titled 7-inch in 2012.
This past November Gold Beach gave listeners a taste of their sophomore record Ryou Cannon with the release of their single Impression. Impression encompasses the tonal shift of the highly anticipated Ryou Cannon, which is due for release in April 2015. According to Gold Beach, Ryou Cannon will take listeners into an otherwordly realm with glassy guitars, swelling harmoniums and driving synthesizers.
