Jack Wilson @ KUTX 10.29.14

It seems that Austin native, Jack Wilson, waited to unleash the rainstorm after leaving windy Seattle. Jack Wilson brings a stormy approach to songwriting with his most recent full length release, Spare Key. Wilson plays rhythm guitar on the album, and for the recording flew friends Michael McLeod (Good Field, Dana Falconberry), Shanendoah Davis, and Sean Nelson out to record. Since recording the album in 2012, Wilson has spent time back in central Texas writing for his next project and running Radio Coffee and Beer. You can find his latest collaboration with Grace Park & the Deer “O, My Dear” at his bandcamp.

In KUTX’s Studio 1A Wilson shared some of these works to an audience and was joined by vocalist Grace Park! You can find Jack Wilson tonight (Oct. 28th) at Red 7 at 11:00pm with Ali Holder, or if work keeps you in bed at night you can find Jack Wilson and Grace Park’s performance in Studio 1A right here!
