Acclaimed American songwriter Marshall Crenshaw stopped by Studio 1A this week to play a few songs before his show at One World Theatre. Getting his start in the theatre, Crenshaw exploded onto the music scene in 1982 with his self-titled debut record. Since then he earned several Golden Globe and Grammy nominations, appeared on TV and most recently a became radio DJ spinning tunes on WFUV in New York.
