As the latest creative manifestation of Texas-born multi-instrumentalist Brandon Aguilar, Tahoma predominantly features acoustic instrumentation, folk-style songwriting, and dynamic vocals. With the addition of vocal harmonies by Sarah Oermann, Aguilar recorded the Honest Mark EP in the Spring of 2014.
Although Aguilar began writing & performing solo under the moniker in the winter of 2013, he is often accompanied by a backing band for live performances. Following the conclusion of their residency at Cactus Cafe, you can now stream Tahoma right here at KUTX!
