Ethereal lead singer Grace Rowland backed with her longtime bandmembers, brought the Indie folk flutters of The Deer to Studio 1A last month. Their latest album, The Beautiful Undead, dropped this September and “reflects upon what it means to lose your sense of purpose”. As its five members find themselves digging deeper into commitments, songwriters Grace Rowland and Jesse Dalton shape odes to the profundity of refined love, in their song “Bellwether”.
