The Human Circuit are delightfully bizarre, intensely passionate and boy are we glad to have them in Austin. Formed in our local music melting pot, The Human Circuit is working to bring gentle whimsy to hard technical sounds. Their latest release Electric City features intricate arrangements and mystical vibes; all underpinned by psychedelic grooves guaranteed to get you on your feet. Tracks like “Running in a Nightmare” paint a a sort of intense waking dream with shiny horns, clever lyrics and crashing symbols. It is music is both wild and precise; playful and serious. The alt-pop group dropped past Studio 1A to show us some of their favorite tracks of the new album ahead of their release shows at Spiderhouse and Barracuda. Check out the full session below!
