At 6′ 5″, the bombastically dressed UCHé cuts a striking figure. Only 22, the Texas State Student sings and performs with a confidence well beyond his years. A confidence that only comes from spending most of his young life on the stage. First as a model and dancer, now as a singer. Those earlier experiences undoubtedly helped UCHè avoid many of the pitfalls young musicians face when trying to develop their sound. What UCHé came up with is a high voltage take on electro-funk that is equal parts Michael Kiwanuka and Lizzo.
