Austin post-punk-injected electronic duo Almost Heaven exemplify “fresh nostalgia.” The duo of Stefan Barraza & Jaelyn Valero have become increasingly ubiquitous since the release of their Raw Cranium EP back in January, leading to ample spins on the KUTX airwaves and an ACL Fest debut this past weekend, firing up and electrifying the Tito’s tent. They stopped by our backstage tent to perform “Oscillation,” a song born on a long night drive after being stranded in Nashville. Another reason to get excited? They’ll be rounding out our Fall 2026 season of Rock the Park on November 6th.
Upcoming Almost Heaven shows:
Thursday, October 15th @ The Baths
Sunday, October 18th @ Mohawk (opening for Joey Cash)
Monday, October 19th @ Mohawk (opening for Joey Cash)
Friday, November 6th @ Rock the Park
