Twin brothers Zach and Ben Yudin spent two years meticulously crafting the ten tracks on Cayucas’s second full-length, Dancing at the Blue Lagoon, using a “music first, lyrics to follow” method. The brothers said it feels natural even if it markedly lengthens the process.
Take “Moony Eyed Walrus”: the lyrics were changed at least ten times, with the final cut written in the studio the day of recording.
