All this week, the Song of the Day highlights ACL Fest 2016 artists.
Lincoln Durham’s fire-and-brimstone punk-folk is probably more suited for midnight on a Saturday night than bright-and-early at the Four Seasons, but that didn’t stop him from bringing the noise. The Austin one-man-band is a sight to see, conjuring up blues and rockabilly ghosts with the fervor of a backwoods preacher. “Creeper” is an exorcist in song form, punctuated by Durham’s gritty slide guitar and heartbeat drumming.
