Glasshealer: “Late”

If there’s one group who keeps their sonics out of one corner, be it through switching instruments between songs or navigating a large playing field of genres, it’s Austin’s Glasshealer. The quartet came together in 2018 and released their debut EP Cranberry Stream early last year and have managed to squeeze their sophomore record into the tail end of 2021.

But The Weight Of Comfort Pulled Me Back Down hears the four-piece experimenting even further within the various nooks and crannies of electronic rock, even dipping their toes into elements of drum ‘n’ bass and synth-y psychedelia. But The Weight Of Comfort Pulled Me Back Down drops December 3rd, and Glasshealer’s given us an early glimpse of what to expect with the album’s lead single, “Late”!
