Aimee Man – ‘Lost In Space’ 22 1/2 anniversary show Thursday at Paramount Theater, with Jonathan Coulton.

From the early days with ‘Til Tuesday through her years as a solo artist, Aimee Mann remains a striking creative force and a distinctive voice that demands repeated listens. Her decades-long career includes nine critically acclaimed LPs, several Grammy nominations and two Grammy wins. Arguably, Bachelor No. 2, or the Last Remains of the Dodo, the first released on Mann’s independent Super Ego label, is the longtime fan favorite, but there are many eloquent moments to savor on 2002’s Lost In Space.

Speaking of that stellar treasure, Mann performs the album in its entirety on the 22½ Lost in Space Anniversary Tour. Austin is the next stop on Thursday at Paramount Theater. Jonathan Coulton opens the show. Doors at 7 p.m.
