Songwriter Tyler Merriman, former front man and guitarist for Antiques, wasn’t about to slow down after the band’s break-up. It was time for a new project, and that also meant getting some new gear and endless hours of recording and mixing at home. The result: An exploration of electronic/acoustic textures on the debut EP, End Times, by Merriman’s current project Brickwaller.
Check out Brickwaller’s new music at the EP release show tonight on the inside stage at the Mohawk, 912 Red River, featuring Solid State Dream Suit and Velo on the bill. Doors open at 9 p.m. Recommended.
