Love Austin Music: A. Sinclair

Today’s Love Austin Music Month love letter from the Austin Music Minute gushes with praises over new music. AMM featured track “Somewhere” is the second single from A. Sinclair‘s forthcoming album South Padre, a collaborative collection of more laid-back tracks featuring Michael Kingcaid contributing vocals and Mike St. Claire (Pocket Sounds) on horns.

A. Sinclair was originally scheduled to play a show tomorrow night, Friday Jan. 28, at Long Play Lounge East, 1910 E. Cesar Chavez. Unfortunately, they had to pull out of the show due to COVID concerns, but you can still catch awesome sets by fuzzed-out post-rockers Hong Kong Wigs, experimental artiste extraordinaire Liz Burrito and improvisational psych trio Dead Animal. The music kicks off at 9 p.m. And please remember to bring your mask.
